HOW IT WORKS

ORDERING

GENERAL INFO

Place a single order at The Candy Shop from any or all of our brands, you'll have one order, one payment and one shipment.
A handful of products ship from a separate facility, such as Mimic Holds, EP Macros and a selection of products from EP and Ocelot. Keep an eye on the product pages for the manufactured externally note.
Choose from 13 colors, your holds will be made-to-order.
Grab bolts by the set or save by buying in bulk.

GYM CUSTOMERS

Get Rock Candy discount tiers on the entire order, making the most of your budget.
Want an old-fashioned spreadsheet? Shoot us an email at info@candyshopclimbing.com and we'll get you our latest order form (Google Sheets).
Don't have a gym account? Apply today to get the best discounts and service.

PROCESSING

Once we receive your order, we will work with our local manufacturer to get all your holds from all our brands ready to go in a single shipment, all in 10 business days or less.

If your order contains products that are manufactured at another facility, those items will ship separate and on a different production timeline. We will keep you in the loop!
Large gym orders or orders with volumes may extend beyond the 10 day turn around time.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipments: Most shipments ship FedEx ground, FREE for retail orders over $250.

Oversized Shipments: Big items such as volumes or some mega-large holds will need to ship via freight, we charge a $200 deposit on these orders and will reach out for final shipping costs before processing your order.

Large Gym Orders: For those really big orders, we'll skip the ground shipment and put all your holds on a pallet. You'll see a $250 freight deposit show up at checkout and we'll be in touch for final shipping costs.

SETTING

Once you have your holds in hand, it's time to set! Check out our instagram feed for inspiration and be sure to tag us in your sets.

Alchemy was founded by Iron City Boulders' Routesetting duo Tyler Podomik & Dean Privett. Tyler uses his background as a professional artist, painter, and sculptor to bring shapes to life that blend the feeling of outdoor holds with modern setting aesthetics. Dean uses his decade of experience in gym design to create volumes that augment wall angles and vary the setter experience. The Alchemy founders believe that all climbers and setters should chase stars, not grades. We hope to give setters the tools to create the best experience possible for climbers.

DECOY HOLDS

Decoy Holds brings a much-needed focus on outdoor climbing to the industry. We love how Decoy incorporate so many different hold types into a single aesthetic series, giving lots of options when setting visually stunning routes and boulders.
